Hi, I’m Gemma Craigie and I am the newly appointed community development officer working with the crime and anti-social behaviour partnership + neighbourhood renewal (CASPAR +NR), in the Castle ward of Northampton. This is a 3-year project in its 3rd year. Consequently my focus is sustainability. I am working with residents associations and other community groups to ensure that they continue to function in the long run. I am also working with partners to sustain provision in the area so that they; and residents of Castle ward may work together to continue to develop a stronger community.
